That photo is not from this year. That’s the 2018 car still carrying Lance Stroll’s #18. This photo is from late 2018 when Rich Energy was nearly a sponsor of Williams for 2019. Williams pulled the plug on the deal because unlike Haas they were able to determine that Rich Energy was super sketchy. William Storey is just being an unpredictable troll again.

“ He turned his attention to the Williams team during the U.S. Grand Prix weekend in October but then suddenly agreed a deal with Haas — something which appeared to catch Williams as much by surprise as anyone else.
